This project preserves the building’s industrial character while thoughtfully reimagining it for today, a transformation recognized with one of the industry’s top honors.
Our team provided surveying, lot consolidation plans, civil site plans, stormwater design, landscape design, Pittsburgh and Department of Environmental Protection permitting, Pittsburgh Water permitting and plan work, utility coordination, and construction administration services to help bring this vision to life.
