Point Design Group’s William Utzman, PE, and Nicole Strike were proud to attend the groundbreaking for the Westmoreland County Housing Authority’s (WCHA) newest Willowbrook Senior Housing project in Rostraver Township.
Point Design Group provided site development and surveying services for the project, working directly with the Housing Authority, Rothchild Doyno Architects, Fairchance Construction Co. and M&L Associates, Inc., to help bring this important development to life.
The event featured opening remarks from WCHA CEO and Executive Director Michael Washowich, along with remarks from WCHA Board Chairman Robert T. Regola III, III. Westmoreland County Commissioners Sean Kertes and Ted Kopas also joined the celebration.
We’re proud to be part of a project that will provide affordable, quality housing for seniors in the community. Helping create places residents can truly call home is meaningful work, and we’re honored to contribute to this exciting project.
