This project is located in the Squirrel Hill Neighborhood of the City of Pittsburgh at the intersection of Murray Avenue and Forward Avenue. The project involved the construction of a six-story structure consisting of semi-assisted living apartments and office space for the Jewish Residential Services. There is a total of 33 units with a mix of one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. Across Murray Avenue is a two-level parking garage.

Point Design Group surveyed the site located at William Penn Hwy and School Road. PDG then prepared the Civil/Site Plans, stormwater management plans, and construction details for a new Walgreens Pharmacy. PDG also provided handicap accessibility review.

Point Design Group was retained by RSH Architects to perform the civil site design for a 5 story Apartment Building for Autism clients. The Apartments will feature 42 one and two-bedroom apartments, including six for physically disabled people.
