Point Design Group was hired to provide civil site engineering for ADA/UFAS compliance, existing conditions demolition plan, site layout, grading, erosion and sedimentation control plan, stormwater plan, construction specifications and construction services. Point Design Group surveyed the site located at William Penn Hwy and School Road. PDG then prepared the Civil/Site Plans, stormwater management plans, and construction details for a new Walgreens Pharmacy. PDG also provided handicap accessibility review.

Point Design Group was retained by RSH Architects to perform the civil site design for a 5 story Apartment Building for Autism clients. The Apartments will feature 42 one and two-bedroom apartments, including six for physically disabled people.
