Point Design Group was hired by Resort Lifestyle Communities and Cameron General Contractors to provide civil engineering and surveying for a new $15 million Resort Lifestyle Community in Hudson, Ohio. This 133 unit luxury apartment facility is located on 11 acres off Barlow Road in Hudson.

Point Design Group surveyed the site located at William Penn Hwy and School Road. PDG then prepared the Civil/Site Plans, stormwater management plans, and construction details for a new Walgreens Pharmacy. PDG also provided handicap accessibility review.
