Point Design Group was hired by TMI Hospitality to provide civil site engineering and surveying for a new Hyatt Place Suites in Jackson Township. TMI, a North Dakota hotel developer relied on the Hammontree Team to assist this out of state developer with handling design and coordination of all permits.
Point Design Group also prepared applications and made submittals to the local jurisdictions for site plan approval, land disturbance, permit/storm water approval, and drawings and reports for permits.
