Point Design Group was hired by John Patrick Picard Architect, Inc. to provide civil engineering services for The Renaissance of Duncan Plaza in downtown Massillon, Ohio. This $1.5 million improvement includes a stage with areas for chairs, seating along the walls and raised areas with table seating that can accommodate more than 1,000.
The original Duncan Plaza was constructed in 1976 and honors Mr. James Duncan, a founder of Massillon, Ohio who donated the property. The plaza hosts many city events such as night concerts, the Massillon Museum’s Island Party and the Tigers Football Team Pep Rallies to name a few.

Point Design Group was retained by RSH Architects to perform the civil site design for a 5 story Apartment Building for Autism clients. The Apartments will feature 42 one and two-bedroom apartments, including six for physically disabled people.
