Odin View Apartments is a four-story, 47-unit senior housing community located on South Greengate Road in Hempfield Township. As a key component of the Westmoreland County Housing Authority’s South Greengate campus vision, the development was designed to integrate seamlessly with adjacent residential and administrative facilities, creating a cohesive and vibrant community for residents.

Point Design Group provided civil site engineering services, including site layout and parking design, grading, drainage, stormwater management, NPDES permitting, and PennDOT permitting. The team also assisted with PHFA site-related requirements and funding application documentation to support the project’s financing and successful award of funding.
